Privacy Policy
We describe what personal data we may collect when you use file sharing, earnings, and membership features, why we use it, and how to reach us. Details depend on features actually enabled on this site.
Information we may collect
To operate accounts and sign-in, we may process usernames, email addresses, verification codes, and (if you use them) third-party login identifiers. When you upload or share files we process file metadata (name, size, timestamps) and logs from sharing and downloads for storage, delivery, PPD-style billing and anti-abuse controls. For top-ups, VIP orders or withdrawals we may process order references, amounts, payment method categories, and payout details required by processors or banks. For security and compliance we may collect IP addresses, device/browser signals, operational logs, and cookies or similar technologies.
How we use and share information
We use this information to provide and improve hosting and sharing, compute earnings, process payments and payouts, detect fraud or misuse, meet legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. If we rely on subprocessors or partners, we impose appropriate safeguards and contractual controls where applicable.
Cookies & local storage
We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember language or consent choices, and operate the service securely. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect login or core features. See any cookie banner presented on this site if enabled.
Your privacy rights (GDPR & similar)
Depending on applicable law (for example GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port data, and object to certain processing. How we fulfil these rights depends on the law and our operational capabilities. Submit requests via the Contact page—we may need to verify your identity—and we will reply within a reasonable timeframe.
Notice for California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident and these laws apply, you may have rights to know what personal information is collected, to delete certain information, and to opt out of sales or certain sharing arrangements. We do not sell personal information for money. Practices related to analytics or advertising cookies are described above and should be read together with this policy.
